The Municipal Housing Agency of Council Bluffs (MHACB) seeks qualified contractors to support our mission of providing safe, affordable housing for the community. We invite licensed professionals to bid on open projects, including building improvement projects, renovations, or repair services.

OPEN BID OPPORTUNITIES

  • MHACB is currently accepting bids from qualified and licensed contractors for an abatement project at a 1-bedroom apartment unit at Regal Towers. The scope of work includes the safe removal of hazardous materials in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Contractors must demonstrate experience with residential abatement projects and compliance with environmental and safety standards.
