  • The Municipal Housing Agency of Council Bluffs (MHACB) is seeking proposals from qualified pest control firms to provide comprehensive pest control services for MHACB properties.   • The Municipal Housing Agency of Council Bluffs is soliciting bids for drywall patch repairs and painting services. The project will include repairing multiple wall openings from recent plumbing work, applying matching texture, and repainting to blend with existing finishes. All work must be completed to professional standards and in compliance with agency specifications.

  • The Municipal Housing Agency of Council Bluffs is soliciting bids for the interior demolition of a one bedroom apartment unit. Work includes removing flooring, cabinetry, fixtures, doors, and other non-structural components to prepare the space for future renovation. Contractors are expected to provide all labor, equipment, and debris removal in compliance with local safety and disposal requirements.
