MHACB is soliciting bids for the interior renovation of two one-bedroom units at Regal Towers. This project includes the installation of new flooring, cabinetry, lighting, bathroom and kitchen fixtures, walk-in showers, and ADA-compliant upgrades. Contractors will be responsible for delivering high-quality finishes in compliance with MHACB standards while minimizing disruption to residents. Project is subject to Davis Bacon wage requirements and standards.
